The location is very good, only 5 mins in a taxi from the old town and 10 mins to the main beach area of the city. We had a balcony which looked out onto the sea and we saw all the cargo ships coming in and at weekends, all the water activities so it was very interesting. The bed was very comfortable, well laid out room, bathroom had an excellent shower and bath. Towels were replaced daily, soft and lots of them and the cleaners did a fantastic job. One gripe is there was only 1 hook in the bathroom to hang anything but this is a small thing in the otherwise excellent serve we received. We did not eat at the hotel so cant comment, we did visit the top floor pool, which gave spectacular views and looked good all-round, but we did not swim. The staff we engaged with were all efficient, helpful and happy. Our room had an ironing board and iron, a safe and the hairdryer in the bathroom was good.

The hotel was all that I needed for an unplanned stay in Las Palmas, the staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful when I needed to extend my stay in what had been a stressful time their patience and understanding was greatly appreciated, my bedroom and facilities were very comfortable, with tea and coffee top up daily and also bottled water, breakfasts always plentiful with the staff there willing to help and serve you. the hotel was also just a short taxi ride to the hospital and the location to shops was just a short walk away, we certainly will look to returning to Las Palmas for a short break/holiday and will be returning to stay again at the AC Hotel Iberia Las Palmas,

Location. Though it seems a long way out of the tourist area, it is very close to the Old Town with great bars & restaurants, & on an easy bus route to the New Town. The room was great. Wifi was excellent. Price was good, probably due to location.

Best hotel bed I have ever slept! Had really nice in hotel restaurants, and had great desserts. The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about nearby attractions.

We stayed here a week and no big issues. Our room had a lovely view of the harbour, we used the gym a few times and sat by the pool some days too. Location was great for us. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, a good stay.

I love everything at this hotel and the very polite and helpful staff. Always happy to answer your questions with very good attitude. Very clean rooms and pool nice location and good buffet dishes. The hotel offered car park for €8 but the reception gave that for free of charge 👌.

I like the large window in the room, I like the shower too. I was able to take public transport back to the airport, which is economical and not too far for me.

The hotel is 5-10 minutes far away by foot from the city center and from the bus station. The personal was very friendly and they helped me with all information i needed. The room was nice, clean , with good wi-fi and comfortable bed.
